Harris Pippo Rosati began his paella journey at the age of 16, working alongside highly regarded Mark and Louise Holland. During this formative period, he honed his culinary skills and developed a deep passion for paella.
Over the past two years, Harris has traveled across Australia, cooking paella for friends and new acquaintances he met along the way.
Recently, he spent four months traveling through Europe, with a particular focus on Spain, where he further refined his expertise in the art of authentic paella.
His travels have enriched his understanding of traditional techniques and flavours, allowing him to bring an authentic and vibrant paella experience to every style of event.
